Jacque Maribe was accused of committing the offence and aided or abetted Joseph Irungu aka Jowie to commit the offence on September 19, 2018, at Lamuria Garden, Nairobi.

Justice Nzioka said the court was strongly convinced that Jowie was guilty, it agreed that the prosecution failed to place Jacque Maribe at the scene of the crime, have knowledge of the deceased, or have linkage to the murder.

“There was no evidence that she had ever communicated with the deceased. The evidence that the prosecution has brought before this court on the second accused person relates to events of September 20, 2018, and that is the shooting incident,” said Justice Nzioka.
