Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) CEO James Oswago has been convicted over the irregular award of Sh1.3 billion tender for the supply of voter materials in the 2013 General elections.
Also found guilty by trial Magistrate Felix Kombo is former IEBC Deputy Commission Secretary in charge of Support Services, Wilson Kiprotich. The two did not adhere to procurement laws.
