Public Service and Human Capital Development Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi has pledged to address the challenges facing service delivery at Huduma Centres nationwide, starting with Kisumu.
During a visit to the Kisumu Huduma Centre, Muturi acknowledged that while significant progress has been made, there are still areas that require immediate attention to ensure Kenyans receive seamless and efficient services.
“While we are making great strides, I recognize that there are still a few challenges along the way,” Muturi stated.

The CS also emphasized the need for a customer-centric approach, encouraging Huduma Kenya staff to serve with enthusiasm and compassion.
“I encouraged Huduma Kenya officers countrywide to offer their service with a smile, passion, and courtesy,” he noted, adding that it is essential to treat every Kenyan with dignity and respect while delivering services efficiently.
Muturi was accompanied by key officials, including Principal Secretary for Public Service Amos Gathecha, Huduma Kenya CEO Ben Kai, and Kisumu County Commissioner Benson Leparmorijo.
