Transport was on Monday paralyzed along Kehancha-Lolgorian Road after floods overflowed Mogor Bridge in Narok County.
Motorists and pedestrians were seen trying to cross the overflowed bridge, even as they called on Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu to repair it.
Speaking to the media, a resident complained that she was unable to get home to see her children.
She said she had gone to Lolgorian Market and on her way back home, she found that the bridge had been flooded.
Another resident complained that they have used the same bridge since the 1930s, saying that it should be upgraded.
The Kenya National and Highways Authority (Kenha) is yet to address the issue.
