A man has been arrested for allegedly impersonating the ICT and Digital Economy CS Eliud Owalo.
The man had been allegedly running a Facebook account, purporting to be Owalo.
The last post written on the account bearing the name Hon Eliud Owalo was on December 24 at 1730 hrs.
The suspect is believed to have been running the parody account, with the aim to spread messages meant to create animosity between Owalo and other leaders.
