KwaZulu-Natal: At 11H56 Sunday morning, Netcare 911 responded to a rail incident next to the R103 Nottingham Road.
Reports indicate that a goods train had derailed.
When medics arrived on the scene they found that most of the carts were lying down on an embankment.
Two adult male occupants of the train were assessed and found to have sustained moderate injuries.
Once treated, both patients were transported by private ambulance to the hospital.
Circumstances leading up to the incident are not yet known.
