Quick, easy, and tasty way to prepare pork chops inside or outside. Just skip skillet if using the grill.
4 pork — chops
salt and freshly ground black pepper
80 ml wholegrain mustard
60 ml honey
5 ml paprika — smoked
15 ml lemon juice
30 ml butter
15 ml oil
fresh parsley — chopped
1 Pat dry the pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
2 Combine the mustard, honey, paprika and lemon juice and mix.
3 In a heavy-bottom pan, melt the butter and oil over medium heat and cook the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on all sides or until cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
4 In the same pan, lower the heat,
pour in the honey mustard sauce.
Reduce the sauce for 2-5 minutes.
5 Add the pork chops and coat with the sauce.
6 To serve: Garnish with parsley.
