Kenya on Saturday recorded 223 new cases of Covid-19 from a sample size of 7,748.
This brings the country’s caseload to 99,082, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe has said.
The CS in a statement confirmed the cumulative tests done so far stand at 1,121,946.
The country’s fatalities have risen to 1,728 after another two patients succumbed to the disease.
Meanwhile, 129 patients have recovered from the disease out of which 115 were from the home-based care programme.
Kenya’s recoveries now stand at 83,324.
