The case against self-proclaimed Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary has been postponed to Friday.
Magistrate Thandi Thelede said she’s unavailable on the other days of this week.
Magistrate Thelede noted with concern that there were a large number of people outside the court on Monday who were not social distancing.
The couple and a third-accused, Landiwe Ntlokoane, are facing charges of fraud, theft and money laundering of over R100-million.
The accused will remain in custody until Friday.
