Ozo has officially been eliminated from the Big Brother Naija house and whilst die-hard fans are heartsore over his eviction, others have taken a jab at him over his departure…
Ozoemona Chukwu, an entrepreneur from the Imo State, captured the hearts of many a BBNaija fan with his respectful, humble and soft-spoken nature.
His relationship with fellow housemate and love interest Nengi – whom he showered with love and affection, despite her not always reciprocating – also made headlines on many an occasion.
Unfortunately for Ozo, fans couldn’t do enough to save him and he, alongside Trickytee, became the last two housemates to be voted out before the final ceremony takes place next week.
Upon news of his elimination, a clip of Ozo attempted to hug and kiss Nengi – who seemingly shunned his advances – went viral, with many mocking the star for revealing his true emotions, and being ‘rejected’ in the process….

But whilst many viewers have made light out of Ozo’s feelings, a number of celebs have defended the TV star – including Big Brother Africa season 5 winner Uti Nwachukwu, who penned an open letter to his alum about his admiration for him.
He posted on IG; “Dear @officialozo__ Competition and all Jokes aside … YOU ARE A REAL MAN!!! Don’t let NOBODY try to shame you for wearing your emotions on your sleeves and Loving with reckless Abandon
“The truth is that you are the man that most men are too cowardly and scared to be because we have been toxically conditioned to believe that emotions, vulnerability and expressing love are signs of weakness when in fact these are signs of PURE STRENGTH.
“Brother man you are a rare gem and most women are praying for partners to love them like you do! We applaud you and wish you well.”
