For almost a little over four years, we have been missing the voice of Tina Kaggia on the airwaves ever since she put down her headsets to give radio a break. Many were not certain if the talented host would ever re-surface on the airwaves.
Her super fans must now be excited to know that the queen of the airwaves herself is back with a bang! This time round, she will be working for Nation FM and not Radio Africa Group’s Classic 105 where we met and fell in love with her.
Ms Kaggia who fondly referred to herself as #TheVoice shared a post on her social media platforms letting her fans know that she is returning to the airwaves on Nation Media where she will be hosting the breakfast show, The Morning Fix.’
Queens never give up the crown. Good morning! #TheVoice is back!!! #nationfm,” wrote Tina Kaggia who has since replaced Cate Rira and Dr. King’ori who have been Morning Fix hosts for the past one year.
Her return was made public shortly after Cate Rira announced that her time at the urban radio station had come to an end, and that’s she was moving to a new station but did not disclose which one
That being said, she has already kicked things into high gear and listeners are more than excited to have a fresh voice on the morning show. We cannot wait to see if she will have co-hosts as the norm of morning radio usually is . But for now, we are not complaining.
Welcome back Kaggia!
